Adjacent to CO-OP is The Study at University City's living room, an inviting shared space that's ideal for speaking engagements, meet-and-greets, and small receptions.

A portion of the living room can be sectioned off for semi-private events. The area features a fully functional private bar and can service a farm table-style buffet or passed hors d'oeuvres.
